启动时阀针式浇口留有空气		• 在启动之前断开到阀针式浇口的空气供应	Valve gate air left on at startup		• Shut off the air to the valve gates prior to startup
热流道	加热器的电压低	• 将电源电压稳定在额定电压	Hot Runner	Low voltage to heaters	• Stabilize the voltage supply to the rated voltage
	因加热控制器要完成软启动控制而延迟	• 等待软启动以干燥加热器		Delay due to completion of soft start controls on heat controller	• Wait for soft start to dry out the heater
	分流板加热器故障	• 更换		Faulty manifold heater	• Replace
	分流板热电偶故障或热电偶接地故障	• 更换		Faulty manifold thermocouple or ground fault on thermocouple	• Replace
	系统发生塑料泄漏	• 拆卸热流道，清洁、检查并更换损坏的部件		System has leaked plastic	• Disassemble the hot runner, clean, check and replace any damaged components
