浇口未启动Gate Fails to Start Up

加热器锁紧装置松动		• 紧固加热器锁紧装置	Loose heater clamp		• Tighten the heater clamp
热电偶故障	分流板	• 使用备用热电偶更换分流板热电偶	Thermocouple fault	Manifold	• Replace the manifold thermocouple with the spare thermocouple
	阀针不工作	• 清洁或更换阀针		Valve stem not functioning	• Clean or replace the valve stem
	浇口损坏，无法拉出	• 更换浇口杯		Gate not drawing due to damage	• Replace the gate detail
注嘴	损坏	• 更换注嘴。参见第 5.2.8 节。	Nozzle tip	Damaged	• Replace the nozzle tip. Refer toSection 5.2.8.
