活塞组件	• 检查活塞上的 O 形圈是否磨损或损坏。	Piston assembly	• Check the O-ring on the piston for wear or damage
	• 检查气缸盖是否磨损或损坏。		• Check the cylinder cap for wear or damage
	• 检查活塞是否损坏。		• Check the piston for damage
	• 从分流板衬套拆下支承垫时，检查Grafoil 密封圈并进行更换。		• Check the Grafoil seal and replace it if the back-up pad is removed from the manifold bushing
	• 拧紧活塞止动螺钉。		• Torque the piston retaining screws
快速排气隔膜烧坏	• 更换快速排气隔膜。	Quick exhaust diaphragm burned out	• Replace the quick exhaust valve diaphragm
密封表面损坏	• 检查分流板衬套密封面是否损坏，并在需要时更换。	Damaged sealing surfaces	• Check the manifold bushing seal-off face for damage and replace if necessary.
